RING SIZING AND ENGRAVING SERVICES:

We can size your ring for you or provide engraving. Here are our services information:

• RING SIZING: If the ring is within sizable number range, we can provide this service to you for a flat fee of $75. The estimated handling and turnaround time is 14 days to ship after purchase. If you request sizing, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. **See below for more information**
• Some larger or smaller sizes are considered special requests than what we can accommodate immediately. We can customize your order and provide it to you. The estimated turnaround time for custom orders is 8-12 weeks. 
• ENGRAVING: All engravings are laser engraved and available in either PRINT or CURSIVE font. The charge is a $45 flat fee. If you request engraving, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions below.
• Terms and conditions for custom services: 
•  Please email us ahead of time and before purchasing the item with your requests, questions or concerns, and information. We will provide our recommendations and confirm if services can be rendered. 
•  For Engravings: Please note that some rings have limited space within the ring and only a limited number of words or verbiage can be added. 
• Each finger is a different ring size and must be pre-measured. You must know your ring size and provide to us the correct ring size number to which finger you plan on wearing the ring. We will only go by the information you provide. If you need to know the ring size of your finger, we can provide a set of ring sizers at no extra charge. Please email us to register for your free ring sizer.
•  The service fee only covers a one time size or engraving service. If you provide the wrong size or information to us, additional costs may be accrued to correct the errors and you will be responsible for these additional costs. We cannot be held responsible for any additional fees nor additional services needed to correct errors. If we find that it is our error, we will gladly fix it for you at no extra costs. We will reply to re-affirm all info is correct and receive your confirmation before services begin.
