This listing is for:   Vintage Asian Rickshaw Figurine Cart Metal Trinket Jewelry Box - Removable Lid.  This is an interesting item, I really don't know the time period this piece comes from.  There is quite a bit of aging and wear to the metal, maybe some kind of oxidation.  The item is about 6" tall and the top does come off.  Please see photos to get an idea of the condition of this item.
