Orders can be returned to us for any reason within 30 days of the date of your order being placed.

Should you wish to return your order within 30 days of your order being placed, then you have the option to return it for a full refund or a replacement.
If your item develops an issue AFTER 30 days of your order being placed, then your 12 month warranty will come in to effect.
When returning the item to us under warranty, we will aim to replace the item for you with a brand new unit if a fault is found with your original item.
