The item for sale is the 1976 Yamaha XT 500C - Shifter Gear Shift Lever Pedal. This lever appears to be fairly straight and in good usable condition. There is some surface rust as can be seen in the photos, and the rubber cover is partially torn, but this does not affect the usefulness of this pedal. The splines are intact with no signs of damage.
