If we make it for you it's made to your specifications pic's are just an example of what they could look like. Due to the nature of our craft some items take longer than others we do our best to get item out as soon as possible we will send you a email when it ships. We thank your patience and understanding. We do all our own pouring, cleaning and firing. We do our best to put the detail back into our products. We have several thousand molds so if your looking for something specific. Just ask, we might have it!

Shipping

We do our best ship within 7 to 14 business days after payment is received. We ship  Priority Mail and Parcel Post (all international orders please contact us through ebay for the best possible rate). Combined shipping discount will only apply when multiple items are purchased at same time all others will be shipped separate due to ebays shipping charges to us. (IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE ITEM PLEASE PLACE THEM INTO CART AND ASK SELLER FOR A TOTAL BEFORE YOU PAY).

 
 
Returns/Refunds

Must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. If you want to return the item to us regardless any reason, please contact us though ebay for return procedure and address. We do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders once finial approval has been made. Buyer is responsible for shipping to and from there location.
