Please note, Evenflo made 2 different front wheels for the Evenflo Urbini Omni Plus, they look identical except the axle pin is different in size, that's what you need to check for as far as compatibility.

Size is wheel/tire is 6" in diameter, metal nipple is 1-5/16" long and 3/8" thick, has a notch in it and tappers at the tip. Make sure you need this size.
