BAIRSTOW MANOR COLLECTABLES CHARACTER JUG

Up for sale I have this wonderful new Queen Elizabeth II double-faced character jug from Bairstow Manor Pottery in Staffordshire. The jug was produced to celebrate the Paltinum Anniversary/Jubilee of HM Queen Elizabeth II.

The character jug is approximately 6.25 inches/16cm high and is brand new and comes direct from Bairstow Manor. The jug is 1st quality and is fully stamped underneath (see photo).

All Manor Pottery jugs are hand made and painted and so minor surface marks and scratches are not unusual. I examine each one and mention any of these minor points. On this one there are a few of the usual tiny pimles/ dimples and dots in the finish and a small patch near the bottom rim where the glaze didn't cover. Nothing unusual (see photos).

A wonderful, scarce jug to add to any collection.
