pictures was taken by ourselves ,when we take the pictures ,there are
some practical applications making the photo different from what you get
are the same time ,as we make more guitars at same time ,every guitar
can't ensure100% same the listing showed ,pictures showed guitar just
one of them
What if there is a problem with my order?
If
there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is message
your Sales Engineer. He or she will take care of you, no matter what.
The only policy we have is we'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem
and make you happy.
What if I receive a defective product?
We
will offer you full refunds only the item you received is Broken or
defectove product, please return it within 3 days after you received it,
and keep it good condition same we sent ,can;t miss any of parts !
After we receive the item, we will give you Full-Refunds or exchange,
but we won `t pay return the shipping cost if not our guitar quality
question .. If you want do replacement it ,we can send new one to you
,then we will offer shipping lable to you , if you just want replacment
parts (if it is parts reason ) ,we can free send the parts to you

We
test every guitar (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) before it
is shipped out in order to make sure it`s in good condition.But from
china to your country need more times (1-3weeks) ,when you get it need
readjustment the strings , If you have a problem, or are not happy with
our guitar, please let us know immediately when you received it. We will
tell you how to adjustment it ,thanks
