The second mark is from the Oakland Glass & Pottery Studio in California. They decorated pottery and were known for their silver overlay designs but these are done in a bright green with gold. Each plate measures 11" across. The original owner told me they purchased them directly from the Oakland studio.
Both marks look like the same type ink and method of application so I wonder if the Oakland Glass & Pottery Studio did do some of their own pottery?
Set is in good used condition with a little wear to the green that looks like whitish hard water drops due to them being stacked. (see last photo) The gold is in nice condition with just a bit of wear. If you know the American maker symbolized by the Statue of Liberty mark on the back I would like to know.
