Honeycomb Wall Sculpture is a captivating paper layered artwork that draws inspiration from the intricate and mesmerizing structures found in nature. The artwork is composed of multiple layers of delicately cut paper, carefully arranged to form a three-dimensional honeycomb structure. Each honeycomb cell is meticulously crafted to reflect the hexagonal symmetry and uniformity found in beehives. The layers are thoughtfully stacked, resulting in a visually captivating composition that plays with depth, shadows, and light.

This artwork is made of 13 layers of paper carefully positioned one on top of the other to create a volume and depth similar to a sculpture. All these layers are glued together reaching a resistance similar to wood. With this technique we get a work of art that we will enjoy decades from now.

SIZE AND MATERIALS

The total size of the artwork is 500x500 mm. I have exemplified this detail in one of the product images.
The paper used is white and is for professional use and can vary between 210-230gsm.
In the product photos, the shade of white may vary depending on each individual monitor.
The artwork consists of two pieces: the piece made of the layers of paper + Mat
The two pieces are glued together forming a unitary piece and at the same time increasing its resistance.
This has several advantages: much easier framing, extra resistance and the possibility of adding a mat of another color over the current one.

The artwork is sold and delivered together with the frame.

Packaging: stretch film to protect the artwork against humidity and wooden panels (fiberboard) to protect against shocks
If you notice problems with the packaging and the artwork has suffered damage due to transport, please help us with photos and we will send a new piece as soon as possible without any additional cost.


CUSTOM ORDER

The gold foil can be replaced with silver foil or copper foil. Please message me if you want the gold foil to be replaced with one of the two mentioned. If not, the artwork remains identical to the picture, with gold foil.
