All items are normally dispatched within three working days.

Items are posted as appropriate in a padded envelope or heavy duty board backed manilla envelope or mailing box with void filler and/or bubble wrap.

Items sold domestically for £50 or less are dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class, with anything over the value of £20 requiring a signature on delivery. For items over the value of £50 Royal Mail Special Delivery will be used. I only use Royal Mail as in my experience they are more reliable and often quicker than the alternatives.

Postage can normally be combined for multiple purchases of different items in the UK. In order to get a combined postage fee, please add the items you want to buy to your shopping basket and then select ‘Request total from seller’, please do not make any payment until you receive a combined postage invoice from me. Should ‘Request total from seller’ not appear, please message me directly to request a combined postage invoice.

International orders are only sent using eBay’s Global Seller Programme. Please note I do not have any control over the postage fee the eBay Global Seller Programme charges, which depends on a number of factors, including the location, estimated package weight and dimensions. The postage fee may also include local customs, import or sales taxes.

If there is an issue with your item when it arrives, then please get in touch before leaving feedback and I will try to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

If your item does not arrive by the last day for estimated delivery, please allow a reasonable time thereafter before contacting me, as delays in the post can occasionally occur and normally the item will arrive. Please be aware that Royal Mail will unfortunately not consider a compensation claim for loss until ten working days (five for Special Delivery items) have elapsed since the delivery due date (as defined by Royal Mail) and I will be unable to issue a refund until this point.

If you have any questions, then please send me a message and I will get back to you as quickly as I can and please take a look at my other listings in my shop, as I have a variety of items available.
