Genuine leather.

The condition for a thing of this age is very good - 7/10 from perfect, there are no significant nuances that would affect the appearance and wear.

It has minor signs of time and use, a somewhat "worn" appearance and uneven color, which only adds to the authenticity and style. It can be dry-cleaned or re-colored if desired, but that would be blasphemy for a thing of this kind.

The lining is generally perfect, but there is a cut near one of the slits, which does not affect wearability. There are also very minor marks from the ballpoint pen. These points can be corrected if desired, I will leave it to the discretion of the new owner.
