About The ARTIST : FER GALICIA is a noted and highly "sought after" Artist who has done Original Art " Sketch Cards " as special "insert" cards commissioned by the TOPPS Company , LEAF, Cryptozoic and other non-sport card companies. He is/was the illustrator on the continuing web comic " Living With Insanity ".  He also does Commissions for those that collect his artworks. - - - As can be seen from this card for sale; there is a Good Reason that Galicia is an "in-demand" Artist and is frequently sought out by the various card companies.  When he receives a commission, he doesn't just "dash something out" and do a hack job.
