This is a Vintage Moolah Shrine Circus / Wabash Railroad Advertising Hand Fan.  It is in nice condition with a small hole through it and some staining or darkening of the Wabash side.  Please, refer carefully to the photo / photos for the exact condition of this item. I consistently ship items out the next business day following the receipt of payment.  I generally ship daily except on weekends, holidays or when I am on buying trips or vacation trips.
