Our plants are packaged inside a sealable bag to ensure the plants do not dry out and perish during the transit process, they are then sent in a padded Jiffy Bag to ensure they are further protected.

Live plants are essential for the health and wellbeing of any aquarium and provide oxygen to fish and ensure that any pollutants are diluted as they will use the toxins produced by your fish to grow, thus ensuring your water is as healthy as it can be. 

They will also provide shelter for smaller/younger shrimp and will promote natural behaviour in your aquarium.

Should there be an issue upon receipt of your delivery, please send us a photo as soon as possible so we can rectify and resolve it for you. 

We post Monday to Thursday to ensure that they are not trapped in the postal system over the weekend.
