These buds have been previously owned. To prepare them for re-sale, we take the following actions:
The cosmetics of the bud may show some signs of previous use such as some light scuffing.
Once the bud goes through our cleaning and testing processes, it is packaged individually to ensure no damage will occur from that point forward.
What to expect
Please Note: this earbud works with Samsung Galaxy Buds+ SM-R175 case and right earbud only. It will not work with the case or right earbud from any other model
Once you receive your earbud, please use Samsung's Gear Wearable app to connect and configure the earbud. If you do not do this, and apply the proper settings, your earbud may not work as you expect

Return Policy
We guarantee functionality of the device for 60 Days from date of purchase. Returns are free, as long as the defect was not created due to improper care (water damage, impact damage, etc). Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned device.

Our standard shipping service will typically reach all U.S. destinations within 3 days of the day we shipped. In many cases you will receive it even sooner. You have the option to choose expedited shipping if you would like your product sooner.
If you order a pre-owned product, along with your purchase you will receive a non-OEM charging cable. We do not include a charging block with our shipments.
Your package will be shipped in a non-descript, plain white or brown box. Inside of the box, we will package the product in protective materials to avoid any damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the issue immediately
Our cellular products do not come with a SIM card or a SD card
We guarantee functionality of our electronics devices for 6 months from date of purchase. Returns are free, as long as the defect was not created due to improper care (water damage, impact damage, etc). Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned device. Please note: you must remove any locks or passcodes applied to the device. This includes iCloud locks, Google Locks, PIN Locks, Biometric (fingerprint or eye scan) locks, etc. If you do not remove these locks, it will delay the refund.
Once you request a return, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label for the U.S. Post office. Simply affix the label to your return package and drop it in the mail. Your tracking number will also be provided so that you can monitor the progress of the return.
