In this listing we are offering a fantastic condition all original iron toy fire pumper circa 1920's or so. The toy has 99%+ all original extremely bright paint. The toy was made by the Kenton Toy Co. in Westerville, Ohio. The toy measures 8 1/4 inches long by 5 1/4 inches tall by 2 3/16 inches across the back wheels. The weight is 1 pound 10.1 ounces.

The toy is fresh & bright with all original paint & is entirely original in all respects. There are no cracks, no chips, no repairs, & no replacement components. There are just a few tiny flakes off of the paint. Underneath the bell there is some oxidation & slight surface rust to the metal. This could easily be removed, if desired. But, we would leave it as found.

The only extremely minor issue is that there would have originally been a small chain (or wire) & a tiny clacker hooked to the bell which would ring when the toy was pushed or pulled along the floor. That tiny component is not present. Actually, there is no indication that this tiny attachment piece was ever present as there are no scratches on the axel which would normally be present on the axel when the chain or wire was attached in the factory.

This fresh estate find toy looks like it was never played with & was stored in the right conditions its entire life! This toy recently came out of a Lancaster County. Pa. estate.
