There is a manufacturer tag on inner hat, I cannot read the language, see pictures.

Ear flap ties secure the ear flaps up top, at back of head or under the chin

Measures 22.5” around inner hat.

Good condition with a few small areas where there are holes, from storing a long time? see pictures, the hat is very clean

Doesn’t look like it’s been worn at all. One hook missing on flap, easy to replace or leave alone.
