The shifter and boot are in very good used condition.  The leather is in excellent condition and the wood is shiny and not worn, except for a single long crack in the clear coat on the portion that faces the dashboard. The silver metal trim is very nice.  The mounting tabs are in good condition.  The start button functions an has no cosmetic flaws.
