Here's your chance to pick up a fine assortment of 10 Marvel Comics which feature the Jack Kirby-created character X-51, aka Machine Man. The books are:
- Machine Man #1 (1978): first issue in his solo title, story and art by Jack Kirby; cleaned & pressed VF
- Incredible Hulk #235 (1979): Machine Man gets wrecked by the Hulk; cleaned & pressed VF+/NM-
- Machine Man #10, 11 & 14: MM is rebuilt in new adventures by Steve Ditko; 10 & 11 cleaned & pressed VFish
- Machine Man Limited Series #1-4 (1984): set in the "far future" year 2020 w/ art by Barry Windsor-Smith NM
- X-51 #1 (1999): the first issue in a new, ongoing Machine Man series NM
Machine Man #1 has a slight tear at the top of the front cover above the second "C" in the word "COMICS". It is otherwise in really solid shape. All these books present well, boast good cover gloss, tight spines, relatively sharp corners, clean interior pages and staples, and are complete to the best of my knowledge. I am always happy to combine shipping when possible. If you want to consolidate shipping, please do not pay right away until you have ordered all the comics you want, then request a consolidated invoice which I will send you. I can generally fit about 10-12 comics in one very secure package for the same shipping cost within the US, so this lot probably has room for a few more books.
As a long-time collector myself, I hate it when I receive books in the mail that have been packed haphazardly and/or damaged in transit. Rest assured that I will take extreme care to pack your shipment so that it arrives in the condition in which I would expect to receive it if I were the buyer. I think my positive feedback bears this out. All comics will be bagged and boarded unless otherwise noted.
