A very nice collection of New York State College songs as well as some old folk songs and other tunes.  

Condition: Good antique used condition. Some wear to the bindings (see photos) and a tiny bit of wear to corners of the cover. The pages are a bit yellow from age but are remarkably well preserved with no tears, rips, dog-eared corners, watermarks, or other issues. Someone lightly wrote a name and date inside the front cover, but I see no other writing.
