This is a RARE 1966 vintage copy of Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen #93 which features Jimmy's early exploits with Superman including Jimmy's 1st appearance as Steel Man (aka the Batman-Superman of Earth-X). Written by Leo Dorfman with art by Pete Costanza. It's first print and the overall condition is rated Fine. The cover is sharp with off-white pages. It has minimal creases and 1 small tear occurring along the cover edges. Staples are intact and fairly firm. Minor scrape on back cover.
synopsis:
Jimmy Olsen is transported to another dimension by an invention created by Professor Potter. In this parallel world Jimmy has super powers. He meets Clark Kent's counterpart who invents the identity of Steel-Man for Jimmy to use as a super-hero. Jimmy battles the criminal Luthar League, whose leader resembles the Joker. When Jimmy finally locates him, he learns that it is a disguised Clark Kent. Clark is the secret leader of the Luthar League and is able to steal Jimmy's powers. Clark then tries to make himself king of the world, but Jimmy stops him using Krypton gas. Professor Potter then returns Jimmy to his own dimension.
