Brand new high quality housing; base color is grey.  Measures aproximately:

• 4-1/4" from exterior edge to exterior edge of flange on dome
• 3-3/4" interior width at base of dome
• 2-1/4" height of dome
• 4-3/4" exterior width of plastic base

Dome sits inside the base which screws securely into place with the top ring (all parts included are pictured).
