CONDITION:  It has 2 horizontal letter folds (that may, or may not be visible in the scan) from its original mailing. SOLD AS IS.  It is in very good condition.  Approximate size is 8 1/2" X 11".  The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
