ANTIQUE Sheet Music 3 Various Songs St Louis Blues China Girl I Promise You      This is a set of three (3) charming, antique sheet music spanning the years 1924, 1928, and 1938.

These sheet music pieces are very old and have been used, so they are not in mint condition.  However, they have not been abused.  Please see the photos and the full descriptions below and enjoy some interesting music history along the way.


 

    1. ST. LOUIS BLUES ©1928.
    Music by W. C. Handy, Rube Blooms Transcription for the Piano, published by Alfred Musci, New York. 6 pages, 12.25" vertical, 9.25" wide.  Acceptable condition overall, showing age related issues, e.g., short tears along the edges, some yellowing, some light pencil music notations, but clean music pages, signed by Gen. Weston in lower left corner of cover page.
   
    2. CHINA GIRL ©1924 with ukulele arrangement
    Words and Music by Henry Halstead, Don Warner, Louis Singer, published by Sherman, Clay 7 Co., San Francisco, 6 pages, 12" vertical, 9" width, Acceptable condition, showing age related issues, e.g., short tears along the edges, vertical crease through the middle, good condition overall, some age yellowing, old scotch tape on binding, signed on cover lower right by "Genevieve Weston," music pages are clean, very readable, and unmarked.
   
    3. I PROMISE YOU ©1938.
    Words and music by Ben Oakland, Samuel Lerner, published by ABC Music Corporation, New York, 6 pages, 12" vertical and 9" width, very good condition overall, light creases in corners, music pages are clean, very readable, and unmarked.
