• Item Specifics:  This terminal and all are accessories are brand new in the original packaging.  The Model Number is PPT2846-TRBZ0YUS. This is functionally equivalent to part number ZRBZ0YUS.
• The terminal comes complete with battery, stylus, handstrap, leather, cradle, serial communications cable, and power supply. 
• With its built-in IEEE802.11b compliant wireless Networking card, the PPT2846 can connect to wi-fi networks at full 11mpbs data transfer rate. 
• The only software included with the sale is what comes factory installed by Symbol on the terminal. This includes "scanwedge.exe" which allows the terminal to scan a barcode into any application.  It also includes things like Pocket Word, Pocket Excel, etc. which, along with the scanwedge.exe application, would allow you to start collecting barcode data right out of the box.
• We also have other accessories for the PPT2846 such as extended capacity batteries, single-slot serial cradles, 4-slot Serial/charging cradles, 4-slot ethernet/charging cradles, 4-slot external battery chargers, magnetic stripe readers (MSR's) , trigger handles, and modems .

We have thoroughly tested the PDA and have verified that the terminal powers on, boots up normally, passes all self tests, scan barcodes, communicates and charges through the bottom port, and associates with a wireless access point.  This equipment is brand new in the original packaging.  However, this model has been discontinued by Symbol and no longer carries the manufacturer's warranty.  We will provide a 6-month warranty from the date of sale against all defects.  One  battery is included in the sale. The battery is new, never used but it may be old stock.  We will replace the battery if not completely satisfied.
