Formula 5 85-210mm Zoom Camera Lens f/4.5. No case, no lens caps. M42 Mount… maybe Pentax or Yashica since I got it with Pentax and Yashica cameras?

I bought this in a lot with mostly film cameras. It looks like it’s in usable condition, but can’t be sure since I got it with no lens caps and I haven’t tested it since I’m unfamiliar with film cameras. I have several other lenses and 2 cameras with the same mount size, as well as some bags listed. Please see my seller profile for info on those.
