Practice wearing a dental tray: Put the dental tray on the upper gum, and suck the air between the dental tray and the dental gum by sucking, so that the dental tray can cover the entire row of teeth. TIPS: Repeat the exercise twice. This is an important process for making a dental tray. The lower tray is practiced in the same way.
Softening the dental tray: Pour 80-90 Ąć water into a flat-bottomed container. The water depth is suitable to immerse the dental tray while leaving the handle outside the water surface. Immerse the dental tray in water for 5-7 seconds and take it out.
TIPS: The dental tray is very soft at this moment, so the immersion time should not be too long. The dental tray should be soft and stretched when it is raised, and it should be slightly deformed.
Making the dental tray: Put the dental tray, carefully and quickly put the dental tray on the gum, and continue to perform the sucking method of step 1. The fingers press the joint surface of the tray and the teeth to make it thin, and at the same time, the tip of the tongue tightens the tray and the inner surface of the teeth.
TIPS: Be fast, be careful not to bite hard. The tray is a bit hot, but it won't cause any harm.
Dressing the dental tray: After pressing your fingers for 10-15 seconds, remove the dental tray and rinse with water. Cut the excess material along the gum line (the line between the tooth and the gum) embossed on the tray, and then cut off the handle
TIPS: Cut off the part above the gum line, so that the gel can only contact the teeth and avoid irritating the gums.
Applying the gel: Apply the gel evenly on the external tooth surface of the dental tray. The whitening gel should be 0.5-1mm thick each time. The whitening gel can be applied to the entire external tooth surface.
TIPS: Please dry the inside of the tray with a soft paper before applying the gel, so that the coating is uniform.
