Shipping

For pick-up order, please select "Local Pickup" at checkout and will be notified when the item is ready. Please bring the QR code with you to pick up the item.

Returns

  • Dead of Arrival (DOA): In the event your item has arrived faulty please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will organise a replacement or refund after the faulty item has been return in its original condition with full packaging.
  • Standard Warranty: Standard manufacturer's warranty will apply after the DOA period and within the specified warranty term (commonly 12 months). No warranty applies to software and consumables.
