RETURNS

We value our customers and in the unlikely event that an item(s) is not suitable you may return it to us as new in original packaging within 30 days of receipt, for a refund of the cost of the item(s) only.

The buyer must notify us through “contact seller” of the intent to return an item(s) within 30 days and once the return is agreed the goods must be returned immediately after notification at the buyers own expense.

If returning an item(s) for a refund without it being faulty it must be unused, in resalable condition in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) is not in a resalable condition.

Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded. A refund will only be issued once the item has been returned and tested and proven to be faulty. On occasions we will be required to forward a faulty item to the manufacturer for their assessment of the item, if this happens any replacement, repair or refund will be delayed. 
Where possible can you please provide us with an explanation for the fault with the item, please send us any photos and evidence so that we can communicate this with the manufacturer. 

If an incorrect item was received in error please contact us as soon as possible, firstly we will arrange the return of this item and then send the correct item. We will not accept incorrect items that are not in an unused, resalable condition in original packaging.

Please contact us to be advised if an item has been damaged in transit.

We strongly advise that the buyer uses a trackable return service whether the item(s) is unsuitable, faulty or otherwise.

If we prior agree to use a courier to collect the item(s) at a specific address on a specific day and this collection fails due to the buyer, return costs and responsibility of the item will then revert to the buyer regardless of original reason for the collection.
If your product came direct from one of our suppliers, we will need to organise your return with them. Please Contact Seller so we can arrange for our supplier to get in touch with you to work out the best course of action to take. Please note, currently we cannot accept return of these items to our premises.

When returning an item please enclose a note specifying the reason for return and your eBay user ID to ensure that the refund is dealt with as soon as possible.

Refunds will be issued using the same method as payment.

DELIVERY

YELLOWSTONE DIAMOND pay particular attention to a prompt dispatch of your items. We endeavour to ship items the next working day. Items place on a Friday, on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
The delivery times that are stated on each item are an estimate time based on the type of delivery offered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the items and we reserve the right to change the delivery method provided. We send items via Evri  or by one of our reputable courier firms.

If your item is being sent via a tracked method a tracking number will be made available for you and it will require a signature on delivery. If there is nobody available to take delivery and sign for the item then a “while you were out” card will be left with information and instruction for you to follow.

Delivery is normally within 1 - 4 working days after dispatch depending on method used.
When an item is returned to us from from a courier because of a failed delivery and arrangements were not made to re-deliver or collect by the buyer, we will resend the item when the full cost of redelivery is made.
We incur non delivery return costs from couriers which will then be passed onto the buyer.
If goods require re-delivery there will be a re-delivery charge.
We only ship to eBay registered and verified addresses.

There are special domestic regions, which our couriers have given us that cost more to post to. Therefore if your postcode falls into any of these regions listed below, could you please contact us for a quote through "ask seller a question" and we will get back to you with any additional postage costs. Please be aware that these special domestic regions take longer than average to deliver to.

·      The Customer means any individual, company or firm that YELLOWSTONE DIAMOND (The Company) supplies goods to.
·      The Contract means the sale of goods and the purchase of the goods or acceptance of the company quotation by the customer.
·      YELLOWSTONE DIAMOND, head office is Premises : Talgarth House, Talgarth Street Maesteg, CF34 0LY.
·      The Conditions means the standard terms and conditions of the sale of and purchase of goods, as set out in this document.
·      The acceptance of delivery or collection of the goods shall be conclusive evidence of the customer’s acceptance of these conditions.
·      Unless specifically agreed in writing these conditions are incorporated into all contracts for the supply of goods and any other conditions or terms (except statutory conditions or terms) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. No rights whatsoever in respect of these conditions shall attach to any third party within the meaning of the contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or of any statutory modification of that Act.
·      These conditions do not affect the statutory rights of a person dealing as a consumer as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and/or the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and/or the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1994 and 1999 or by any statutory modifications of any of those Acts or Regulations.
·      The company will only pass any of the personal information that the customer gives to a courier to process the order; the order will be processed in accordance with the companies privacy policy.

·      The company cannot be held responsible for negligence, failures or omissions of telecommunications or service providers.
·      The company makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information contained in any listing is correct at the time of advertising an item. Such material is intended however only as a guide and does not necessarily represent the goods on offer. In particular, neither the company nor its suppliers can be held legally liable under the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 or under any other legislation for any inaccuracies of definition, colour, description, illustration (whether photographic or otherwise) or pricing and the company's policy of continuous improvement determines its right to change specifications and/or prices without notice.
·     The company will accept payment for goods via the use of online eBay managed payments or all major credit and debit cards through PayPal.
·     When placing an order the customer must provide the company with the correct billing address, telephone number and email address. This information must be the same as eBay or the address that the credit card issuer has on file. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing the order. The order will only be processed once authorization of the credit card has been properly received. The customer must insure that the funds are available to complete the sale.
·      Any incorrect or fictitious credit card details entered on the site will result in a full investigation and possible prosecution.
·      Confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the order has been placed. It is the customer’s duty to check that this information is correct. The company cannot be held responsible for incorrect information entered when the order is placed.
·      The customer has the responsibility to inform the company of any personal details that have changed as soon as possible.
·      In the event of a pricing error, the company will contact the customer before the goods are dispatched. The new price payable will be given to the customer along with the option to either cancel or continue the sale at the revised price. The company will be under no obligation to fulfill any orders where errors have occurred with either the description or the price of the goods.

·   If the customer would like additional insurance cover the company can obtain a quote from their courier before delivery is made. This will require an additional charge to be made.
·   In every case of a shortage or if any of the goods are in an unsatisfactory condition the customer or the recipient on behalf of the customer will receive and unload the goods and check them for quantity, quality and condition in the presence of the company's carrier. The customer shall endeavor where  possible to endorse the carriers delivery document accordingly, if inspection of the goods is not possible at time of delivery then the carriers documentation shall be marked as unchecked. Whether this has been possible or not an email to advise condition shall be made to the company within 7 days of the date of delivery. The company is not obliged to fulfill any shortage, replace, exchange or refund on an order after 7 days.
·  The carriage charges shown are for UK mainland only. If the item requires a courier there are special domestic regions such as Northern Ireland, offshore Islands and some Scottish postcodes that will incur a surcharge. Therefore if the customer’s postcode falls into any of these regions, the customer must contact the company for a quote through "ask seller a question" and if there is any additional postage costs the customer will be informed. Please be aware that these special domestic regions take longer than average to deliver to.
·  The company’s liability ends with a signature on delivery.
·  Goods are covered where applicable by the manufacturer's warranty. If the warranty has to be used for any reason a copy of the invoice validates it. It is the customer’s responsibility to send the tool to a service agent near to the customers address or sent back to the company.
·   It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a warranty or guarantee  (If available) is valid for their location.
·  The company does not take any responsibility for any guarantees or warranties on any goods advertised on the site.
·   The company must receive full payment including any carriage charges before the customers order can be accepted.
·    Once payment has been taken for the order, title to the goods passes to the customer along with any risk associated with those said goods
·    The company values the customer and in the unlikely event that the goods are not suitable, they may be returned to the company for a refund or exchange in as new, unused, in original packaging, in a resalable condition within 14 days of the receipt, for the refund of the cost of the goods only.

·    When an item is returned to the company from a courier because of a failed delivery and arrangements were not made to re-deliver or collect by the customer, the company will resend the item when the full cost of redelivery is made.
·    If goods require re delivery, there will be a cost to re deliver, please ask the seller for the current cost of the re delivery of the specific item.
 If for any reason the item is to be returned then a 20% handling charge / restocking charge will be deducted from the cost of the original item
