This Patch - The entry on the patch was first found on a helmet of a US Marine and became quite a popular saying during the war. It was later adopted by all branches in some shape or form, this the only instance I am aware of where it has been used by the US Special Forces.

Tactical Patience 'Tactical Patience' is a large part of the training of a US Marine and is vitally important in their role as Huntsmen and Riflemen.
