Push Button Start

Responds to changes more efficiently than a mechanical governor, providing constant and precise power to applications with a variable load
Engineered Connecting Rod
Standard engines are assembled with an aluminium connecting rod. LF1000 is assembled with a steel con-rod to allow for heavy duty applications such as well-drilling and other intensive construction machinery
Less Vibration
Precise adjustment of the crankshaft has allowed LF1000 to match the low engine vibration rate of established international manufacturers such as Kohler and Briggs & Stratton
Electronic Controlled Carburettor module
self-regulating, increases power by 10% and improves fuel economy by 15% compared to other manufacturers such as Loncin
Dual Cooling
Forced Air Cooling and an Oil Radiator work in unison to ensure optimal cooling and enable consistent high performance.
Improved Starter Motor
Our enhanced motor increases both the starting torque and the power. Enabling a smoother, more trouble-free start – even in challenging conditions!
Extra Thick Engine Casing
Standard engines are made with 5mm thick engine casings. Lifan have manufactured this engine with a thickness of 7-10mm to enable long term heavy duty usage.
Hydraulic Tappets
The new hydraulic tappets will reduce the need for customers to adjust valve clearances after usage.
High Wearing Piston Rings
Nitrided DLC piston rings have a strength 3 times greater than the standard PVD type.
