British WW2 Beret - Khaki

Description

British WW2 Beret - Khaki

The Khaki beret is worn by the British Officers and the Reconnaissance Corps during WW2. Being smarter in appearance than the General Service (G.S) cap, Officers began to wear this beret instead of the issued GS cap.

These are the 'large crown' type, as manufactured during the Second World War. Modern berets have a smaller crown.

These berets are supplied to us by 'Firmin & Sons'. The company was established in 1655 and appointed to the Royal Household as accessories, insignia and button manufacturers. Top quality reproductions and great for your WW2 portrayal!
