Our enhanced TimberTuner, boasting 50% more strength than its predecessor, is meticulously designed to fit chainsaws with a handle diameter of 1". This tool is not just an upgrade in terms of strength, but it also revolutionizes your firewood cutting process. With the ability to measure and cut in one step, it can double your firewood measuring and cutting speed, making your work more efficient.

If your chainsaw’s handle diameter is less than 1", please use the Personalization feature on Etsy to specify your handle’s exact diameter. For your peace of mind, all saw handles are delivered fully assembled and lubricated with synthetic PTFE grease to ensure long-lasting performance.

Color Options

Choosing the Mixed/Random Color option for the handle may result in colors not listed in our standard color options, or even a multicolored handle featuring two or more different colors. This option allows us to reduce plastic waste by using leftover colors from the manufacturing process. Despite the random color selection, the durability of your handle will correspond with the durability option you’ve selected, adding a unique, personalized touch to each Firewood Measuring Tool while promoting sustainability.

Durability Options

  • Standard Durability: Ideal for regular home use, this option uses commodity plastics (PLA+, PETG) to provide sufficient durability.
  • High Durability: Perfect for commercial fire cutting operations or extreme hobbyists, this option uses engineering-grade plastics (PC, NYLON, ASA) for superior impact and shear resistance.

Instructions for Use

  1. Attach the Firewood Measuring Tool to the inside of the saw handle and engine using the provided clamps and a 3mm Allen Wrench. To prevent measurement inaccuracies, avoid mounting it on the outside of the handle.
  2. Measure the distance from the tip of the chainsaw’s bar to your desired firewood length using a tape measure, ensuring it’s aligned perpendicularly to the bar. For example, if you want 16-inch logs, measure 16 inches from the tip of the bar.
  3. Adjust the laser to your desired cut length by rotating it along the vertical (Up/Down) or horizontal (Left/Right) axis of the clamp on the handle.
  4. Use the laser as a visual guide for consistently precise cuts. This all-in-one measuring and cutting process significantly increases your productivity.
