A2 Totem Pole B1 Blank Side - No Tracks! C1 Gary's Notebook C2 Boy, What A Night C3 Hocus-Pocus D1 Blank Side - No Tracks Grading: Sleeve: Excellent These Came To Me In Old Paper Inner Sleeves (Which Will Be Included As 1 Has Some Hand Writting On It & A Date Stamp Of '29 Aug 1977' Sleeve Is Torn Open Down Both Edges Though) So I Have Put Them In Generic New White Inner Sleeves And New White Card Outer Sleeve. Vinyl: Very Good Both Discs Have Had A Few Plays And Do Have The Odd Surface Mark. Both Discs Have Been Wet Vacuum Cleaned And Generally Play Well, With Just Some Light Background Pop & Crackle In Places. Disc 1 Has A Mark At Start Of A2 Which Does Click Over 1st Section Of Track And Very Outro Of A1. Disc 2 Does Have The Odd Click Here And There (On Very Intro Of C1 And Half Way Through C2) But Are Short Lasting. Someone Has Written The Artist And Title On The Labels, One Side Of Each Label. White Label Test Pressing Over 2 Discs Of The 1977 UK Repress Of 'The Sidewinder' These Will Have Been Made To Check The Quality Of The Pressing/Master Stamper Before Going On To Press The Album Properly. They Usually Make Less Than 5 Test Pressings And As This Is 46 Years Old Its Safe To Say This Is A Pretty Rare Record! Came In With Some Other Blue Note Test Presses And Other United Artist, Artists (Believe Blue Note Was Licensed In The UK To United Artists At The Time) So Most Likely, Originally From A United Artists Employee.
