This listing is for a Chinese Porcelain Famille Rose Planter or Jardiniere and stand. Pieces are hand painted, with some texture, in the bright pinks, greens with gold accents on white background. Planter and stand has on oblong shape. Imagery includes figures including children and scholar, butterflies, chrysanthemums. Red Seal mark of the Qing period is on the planter and stand. Item may be more current issue.
Jardiniere with stand is 14 inches long, 10 inches tall and 8.5 inches wide and weighs 8.5 lbs.
Condition is good, without cracks or chips. Owner purchased item at an antique store in Memphis 35 years ago. Items were on display until a recent move.
