This is just the manual that comes with the game not the game itself.
Manuel is 128 pages long and also includes 3 page pullout Civilization Advances Chart which is still attached inside the final page.
There are a few small scuffs to the cover and very small tiny tear couple of mm long on the back top spine. All pages inside are in very good condition nothing has been written, drawn or scribbled on any pages.
