- Supports MODEM modem signals CTS, DSR, RI, DCD, DTR, RTS, which can be converted to RS232 level.

- Support hardware flow control signal CTS and RTS auto handshake and auto transmission rate control, compatible with TL16C550C.

- Support serial port frame error detection, Break line interval detection.

- Supports full-duplex and half-duplex serial communication.

- Serial port 0 with built-in SIR infrared codec supports IrDA infrared communication from 2400bps to 115200bps baud rate.

- Support external CH438 chip to expand another 8 to 24 asynchronous serial ports, realize PCIE eight serial ports, PCIE twenty-eight serial ports.
