Up for bid is a wonderful vintage Christmas postcard. The artist has provided a very cute lithographic illustration of adorable young post-Victorian era children fast asleep in their bed. A beautifully decorated Christmas tree flanks them. It looks like Santa has already visited them, for their stocking are filled with a doll and a puppy. When you supersize image 1 you can get a really good look at the detail on this card. The colors are still vivid, and the artistry is terrific.
This beautifully embossed postcard has not been postally used, and has light penciled handwriting on its divided back.
What a truly wonderful card to give as a thoughtful gift, to use as decoration for the holidays, or to add to your Christmas postcard collection. Better take action now, or it will be gone soon!

CONDITION: Expected light soiling with slight corner blunting. A bit of surface and edge wear. No creases, stains or rips. Clear image and vivid colors. This 100 year-old paper antique presents very nicely.
