This kit comes to you brand new, factory sealed, and is a glow in the dark version of the classic Phantom Model that came out in the 60's. This one is at an incredible price, and comes to you brand new and factory sealed. This is a Skill Level 2 model kit, recommended for modelers 12 and above. Kit does not include plastic model cement or paint.
