Excellent condition, probably unworn, From the California estate of a shopping addict (almost all her clothes were hung in her closet in plastic bags - most unworn with tags!) Label: Rosewin Coat hooks in front and has matching vinyl belt with hammered metal buckle. Has pockets with soft lining. Satin lined. Coat is marked size 14/34. Belt is marked 12. Fits best on modern XS to S. (The measurements sound larger, but I tried it on and I am a 2/4 and it fits perfectly because of the narrow shoulders)
