DAVID PINKSTON, PHD, is Technical Services Manager at Archer Daniels Midland in Decatur, IL and the author or co-author of over 60 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. LARRY T. TAYLOR, PHD, is Emeritus Professor of Chemistry at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA, and the author or co-author of more than 400 peer-reviewed publications, books, and book chapters.
