For prepare 100 litres of yogurt....................................How to use: Boil milk, leave it to boil for 20 minutes and cool 45-48 C (your finger must withstand the heat). Dissolve 1 tea spoon of yeast in 50 ml of milk and mix very well until completely dissolved. Add the dissolved yeast to 2 to 4 liters of milk and mix well again. Distribute the milk in suitable, pre-prepared frequent containers. Wrap the dishes with the milk very well (bottom and top) for about 10-12 hours (overnight). After the time has elapsed, mix the dishes with the prepared yoghurt in the refrigerator. The milk is ready for consumption after cooling for 6-8 hours.
