Good pre-owned vintage condition. Nice piece of nostalgia.

Toy dial typewriter made by Marx Toys. Typing is accomplished by turning the letter/number wheel to point to the correct letter and then pressing the bar beneath it. This pushes down the wheel across an ink roller before striking the paper on the carriage roller.

Unfortunately, the ink roller is dried out. I don't know if it can be revived or replaced.  The exterior shows some wear.

The carriage return is missing a knob.
