PAISLEY PRINT PANEL~ Gorgeous turquoise tab top panel in paisley and fern print with lucky elephant border. Made of 100% power-loomed quality cotton offering a nice tight weave. Panel measures approximately 44 inches wide X 86 inches tall including the tabs. They can be machine washed separately on cool/gentle and tumble dried. Not only does the Elephant bring us good luck... but the elephant is associated with our root chakra, one of the five energy centers within us. The elephant represents strength and is sturdy, firm and unmoving. Paisley can be traced back to the Indo-European cultures more than 2000 years ago. The paisley pattern was originally represented in Celtic art but later died out under the influence of the Roman Empire. Paisley was quickly adopted in India and the motif continued to flourish in many forms of art. The motif was eventually re-designed to conform to European taste. The impact was so dramatic and became so popular that paisley became renowned worldwide and has remained fashionable for centuries. All panels are sold individually. Duplicates are available.
