Die struck in a gold filled material - Enameled in blue.  11/16ths of an inch round ish is size.  Maker marked on the reverse side "KARL J. KLEIN", also marked with the accountability number "3894" and marked "1/10 10K".  Pin back with a roll locking pin catch.
