Shake before opening.  Method 1:


Pour the Goat Curry with Adabi Sweet Potatoes in the pot, let it heat for 2 - 3 minutes.


Method 2:


Pour into a microwave-safe tupperware container, heat for 1 - 2 minutes.


Recipe :

2 cans of Adabi goat curry

4 pots of basmathi rice 4 pots (wash & soak in water for 15-30 minutes. Then filter)


1 tomato - diced

1 large onion - thinly sliced

2 inches of ginger – thinly sliced

Spice 3 friends

3 pandan leaves

3 large green @ red chilies

1/2 cup liquid @ fresh milk

1 spoon margarine

Boiled eggs according to taste

1/2 cube of chicken essence

Water (1 can of goat curry)

A little bit of salt



COOKING METHOD:

1. Heat the butter and stir-fry 3 spices.  Add ginger and cook until golden.


2. Add onion and pandan leaves.  Cook until wilted.


3. Add chicken essence cubes, tomatoes and fresh milk.  Let it boil.


4. Then add the lamb curry and salt to taste.  Also add water and let it boil.


5. Add the rice and let it mix with the gravy.  Never let it be too long.


6. Transfer to an electric rice cooker.  Add boiled eggs and large green chilies.  Cook the rice as usual.  Check occasionally and stir the rice if necessary.


7.Nasi Briyani Goat Curry is ready and can be served.


For a better taste, you can sprinkle coriander slices on top of the rice.  Rice is also good served with Red Cooked Chicken, Dakca or plain soup.
