The spine is pulling away from the pages and is loose. The corners and spine edges show wear. The cover has some pressed spots. I noticed some penciled numbers on the first few pages. There is an Ex Libris stamp of a Sail boat. The table of contents page and title page lower corners are folded over  about 1 cm. That is what is wrong with the book, now on to what is good. The book still has a great look and feel to it. All the pages are present. I would be a great addition to your collection.
