Hi! What does BIS stand for in the listing? It means Bid Includes Shipping (for domestic bidders) I used to put FREE SHIPPING but in all honesty it really isn't free it's just added into the original bid so in an attempt to be accurate I am going to give this a try. Now enough chit chat, here's the details: UP FOR BIDS: This is a vintage item any black spots on the back side of the pennant are felt as this pennant was part of a large pinwheel of pennants I purchased at an auction in Iowa some time ago. I had intended to mount the thing on a wall in my garage but last winter during the second day of a 48 hour power outage I decided to break it up and list it here. Some of the pennants are dated in the 70's and the undated may be a bit earlier or later. Some of the tips overlapped in the center and suffered a bit of damage as I tried my best to separate them. Photos show condition of the item listed THE FINE PRINT: Domestic shipping choices are USPS 1st class (included with your bid for domestic orders) or priority through USPS Priority is recommended for the included insurance and tracking feature I will automatically upgrade shipping to priority if the cost difference is within one dollar Worldwide shipping is by 1st class international through USPS I always combine shipping whenever possible Any questions, requests or offers please don't hesitate to ask through ebays message system I will not contact you for any reason by any means other than ebay Anything purchased and paid for by 2 pm is shipped the same day M-F! Thanks for looking!! Have a great day!!! Tony |
