Kulien Cork shoes boots calk old style US size 12 Kulien size 10. Kulien does not conform to modern standards, their boots are not boots they are shoes & sizing is by a very old standard, I wear size 12 but in Kulien world that means size 10 so if you plan on wearing these consider they fit size 11-12.

These were made in 1979 & bought new by me at Kulien factory Centralia Washington. Kulien is still very much in business building this exact shoe for those who are serious timber fellers.
Calks are exceptionally good because many were replaced as year's went by. Leather has not more than 3-4 patches made as needed but overall these are still capable of a days work after 44 years, no reason why you can't get more miles out of them.

For those who don't know Kulien shoes are the oldest manufacturer of cork logging shoes/boots & are easily the best logging boots ever made, they can still be had new for over $1100+ dollars.
Anything that laces up is technically a shoe not a boot, boots are something that has no laces.

These have enough patina they would make excellent movie props to show accurate old world style authentic cork boots that timber fellers actually used from the 1800s through the hay day of the logging industry & current. 99% of modern cork boots are typically made by cheap screw in calks that don't last very long, these are the real deal & would be both necessary in movie making & very hard to come by. If you can get John to slap some alligator hide on the outside they might be good for 40 more years.

I personally used these before & after Mt Saint Helens blew her top, the stitching was redone 2-3 times because the ash & pumice would eat the thread. Many giant Pacific Northwest old growth trees were felled at my hand with these shoes on my feet.

We are NOT a full service saw shop, we are a specialty high performance parts and supply ONLY

We do not supply most parts and we offer no repair services, all our saws and products should be considered race only and used at your own risk.

Saws do NOT need more horse power they just need someone with the correct parts and knowledge to set them up correctly, a true hot saw is a saw that cuts faster NOT a saw with more horse power. If you want to enter a drag race you should buy lots of horse power, if you want to cut logs with a chainsaw you should buy light weight.

thank you
